How do I get access to the eWorkbooks?
Once you’ve selected the product you want, simply add it to your shopping cart and check out. Your payment is processed through PayPal.
What form do the eWorkbooks come in?
At the moment the books are downloadable PDF workbooks. I call them eWorkbooks because they have exercises in them that you need to complete to ensure you get the most out of your experience. You can print each book out if that helps you.
Can I purchase a single eWorkbook on instalments?
No, each eWorkbook is priced for the market and is affordable compared to the far more expensive options that are available on the market. As harsh as it sounds, if you cannot afford to make the investment in yourself (and take advantage of any extra discounts I may have available), you are not ready to start your business.
How do I pay for Ongoing Monthly Coaching calls?
When you register to be a part of the calls, you will be directed to PayPal. Your subscription will be monthly and you can cancel at any time by visiting your PayPal account and cancelling the subscription. Once you do this, you will no longer have access to the calls.
What happens if I only delete my account from your website?
If you delete your account, you will not be able to access any of your information, not even free access.
If you delete your account from the website, please make sure you visit your PayPal account and cancel your monthly subscription payments.
What happens if I only delete my account and not my PayPal subscription?
PayPal will continue to remove the monthly payment unless you go in and cancel the subscription. It is just like any other bank you might deal with. You need to cancel the subscription yourself.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to seek a refund if you are not happy with your product purchase. You need to seek the refund through PayPal as that is how you purchased the product.
What can I get a refund on?
You can be refunded for single eWorkbook or eBook purchase from the Shop. Subscription memberships for coaching and Q&A calls can be cancelled by you at any time via PayPal. The Onus is on you to maintain your membership with up to date and current information.
Who is responsible for maintaining membership profiles?
You as the member are totally responsible for updating your profile when needed.
How long does it take to complete the eWorkbooks?
If you have purchased all 8 workbooks, I recommend you complete one workbook per week. It really is up to you to ensure everything fits in with your schedule. It’s a work at your own pace program but doesn’t take too long to work through them, you need to maintain momentum.
Do I need to quit my job to do start working on my VA Project?
NO, in fact, I highly recommend that you continue with your job. However, as work gets busy and your VA Project progresses you may want to move to part-time work. Working and creating your VA Project will provide you with an insight into the commitment you are likely to have to make as a VA when it comes to managing your time.
When can I start to see results?
How soon you see results will be entirely up to you. The information and tools I have provided in TVAP are what I use and have used for many years in my business. My information will provide you with a solid footing for your own research and business ideas.
What happens if I am a member or undertaking a program and I unsubscribe from your email list?
If you unsubscribe, I cannot continue to email you updates about any membership or program you may be on, nor can I email you about tips or inform you of new products. You will no longer have access to your membership level or program. You will not receive new module release notifications nor bonuses. If I can’t email you about your memberships or programs, there will be no value to you as the memberships and programs are all done online and you need to receive email links for calls and meetings.
What happens if I only receive your newsletter and I unsubscribe?
Apart from me being sad, you’ve moved on. You just won’t receive emails from me anymore unless you choose to sign up again at a later date.
What if I have a free membership only, can I unsubscribe?
If you hold a free membership you can unsubscribe at any time. We will be very sorry to see you go, and we hope that we have been able to help you with your VApreneurship in some way.
How long can I stay a free member for?
You can remain a free member as long as you like, but you must remain active and log in at least once every 3 months. Accounts which are not active will be deleted after 12 months. Your email will remain on our database until such time as you unsubscribe using the link in the bottom of each email.
