All good things must come to an end, and so here we end the email marketing review series.

After much consideration, we’ve come up with the best of the best, an all-round winner with the best balance of pros and cons.

And the winner is MailChimp!

So, why MailChimp? Well, Mailchimp comes in as the overall best balance of features and cost, while your business needs might vary for the “average” user, the MailChimp feature set covers off most of your email marketing requirements and needs.

Reviewing The Pros

Let’s have a quick look at some of the best features MailChimp has to offer.

  • Store connection capabilities
  • Drag & Drop easy to use design system
  • Automation services for online sellers
  • Super easy to understand analytics to track campaign progress
  • A suite of mobile app options so you can keep track of your emails on the go
  • Extensive integration capabilities, one of the best in the industry

With a strong feature set like this, it’s no wonder MailChimp comes ahead of the others. While all the marketing programs we’ve looked into over the 4-part series we’ve found them all to have merits. Some work better for smaller businesses while some are potentially better for a larger business.

The Con

The only thing that negatively impacts MailChimp isn’t necessarily going to affect you, however. The issue with MailChimp was it isn’t likely to work well for a very large business with massive email lists of hundreds and thousands of emails.

MailChimp has no limits depending on how much you’re willing to pay to subscribe but it’s truly a platform designed for a small to medium business.
